International: 4-8 days.

ALEX SWIM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs cost etc.)

Returns

All swimwear are made by order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns will only be eligble if there is any defects or faults with the products. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@alexintimates.com if you experience any inaccuracies with your order. Returns must be unused, with tags and in the same condition when received. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns.

At our store, we pride ourselves on creating bikinis that are true to size, meaning that you can confidently order your usual size and expect a comfortable and flattering fit. However, if you're looking for a bit less coverage and a more daring look, we suggest going down a size.

Here are some general guidelines to help you determine your size:

  • XS: 0-4
  • S: 4-8
  • M: 8-12
  • L: 12-16
  • XL: 16-20

Please note that these are approximate sizes and that individual body types may vary. When trying on a bikini, it's important to pay attention to how it fits your unique curves and to choose a size that feels comfortable and supportive.
